Escape Cruise Club does not guarantee availability on any specific cruise line, sailing date or region on this voucher.
E-deal Vouchers may be combined to receive discounts up to the value applicable as stated on specific offers on the Escapes Cruise Club website only.

This certificate offer is not valid for groups, may not be sold by the redeemer, and may not be redeemed for cash.
The redeemer of this certificate is responsible for an additional AUD$25 per person non-refundable booking fee and applicable port fees and government charges at the time of cruise confirmation.

Travellers are responsible for any charges exceeding this offer, such as, but not limited to taxes, transportation, surcharges and port and government charges.

Cancellation of a confirmed cruise will be subject to the cancellation penalties and conditions of the cruise line concerned. Any Escapes Cruise Club booking fees paid will not be refunded and the value of the E-deal Voucher will be void. Our Vacation Centre or its agents bear no responsibility in regard to any penalties, which are the full responsibility of the redeemer.
Specific cabin categories may only be available on certain cruise offerings. However, if available, upgrades may be requested with the redeemer paying the applicable upgrade fees.

Escapes Cruise Club, which is facilitated through Our Vacation Centre and its agents do not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense, inconvenience, loss, or any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God.

This offer is not valid for sponsors, distributors or their employees and associated family members.
This offer is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other offer.
This certificate may not be utilised in conjunction with any other offer other than that stated within these Terms and Conditions.
